we are a small team of business bods and geeks that specialise in building really useful web-based tools and uncomplicated business applications. start using our tools and you may well then have more time to return here to read our story.


We're a privately held company based in the United Kingdom, we proudly hail from Europe's youngest capital city Cardiff, Wales. We started our company in 2007 with the simple desire to create a web based business management solution that was affordable, simple to use and provided the essential tools that a startup of any shape and size required.

We benefit from the experience of owning and running SMEs (a staggering sixty years plus, combined), and our varied, and storied, backgrounds in blue-chip multinationals and technology startups. Our rich mix of disciplines span software programming, strategic business development, product design, sales strategy and marketing communications.

Having worked with some of the leading figures in Silicon Valley in the development of Rich Internet Applications. Woosabi's sister company, inPractice has since established itself as a leading provider of management solutions for clients in the highly demanding University and Health Care sector. Working in conjunction with Health Authorities across the UK and Ireland, clients include: Cardiff University, Trinity College Dublin, Galway University, Cork University, Edinburgh University, College of OT London, and more.



As individuals we all had issues with "enterprise" business software. We all agree that they are: complicated, expensive and bloated with features you'll never use but still pay for because its a single package. Oh yeah, and we all found them dull and uninspiring.

We each had a small business and needed something more than a contacts manager or lightweight customer relationship management (CRM) package. We wanted a solution that understood the needs of small businesses. We combined our skills and built our very own prescriptive tool that was easy to use, and helped us to manage our day-to-day administration, improved communication with clients and helped win new business. By the way, please don't ask to see our initial versions, clever but not so pretty.

Well here we are today. Our mission is simple, to build really useful business tools, that are simple to use and affordable for everyone.
