Woosabi's What's On page gives a real-time snapshot of your business schedule and
offers a contrasting simplicity to the information overload often found in traditional
CRM products like Salesforce, Netsuite, Maximiser and Microsoft Dynamics. Woosabi CRM allows you to quickly change views
to see what your colleagues have Due, Coming Up or Completed, or simply react to
automatic notifications flagged when priority Business Objectives need your attention.
Woosabi supports a system
of ‘Note’ types that allows you and any colleagues to schedule, share and review
all business critical activity. You can even make a Note private if it's for your
eyes only.
Share and backup work files (Word Doc, Excel, Power Point, JPEG, MP3 etc) by uploading them to notes. You and your colleagues can even share in discussion by adding Comments to each others Notes. All of which are defined and displayed on the system as a Job, Phone Call, Meeting, Customer Service, New Enquiry, Sent Message, Received Message or Misc note type.
Business Objectives provide automatically triggered notices for the vital management
of your customer relationships (CRM). Simply define the measures by which you wish

Kimosabi is a downloadable companion included with Woosabi, that can be installed on your PC or laptop. Each time you connect
to the internet, Kimosabi will sync with your Woosabi account at set intervals and automatically keep an up-to-date copy
of all your business critical data on your machine. If for any reason you are offline
or unable to connect to the internet, you can easily access the most recent sync
version of your data directly on your local machine.
You’ll never have to worry about backing up data or feeling stranded again when
